I have a very sore throat, dry cough, and yellow phlegm. Help please!!?

A little over a week ago my throat started itching, which developed into a sore throat and then this sharp dry cough...eventually phlegm started forming and I have been spitting it up and at first was clearer but now is thicker and yellow. This morning I coughed up phlegm with some blood but I am pretty sure that was because of the dry cough making my throat raw, and it has been ranging yellowish-grayish-greenish consistently except for that one time. My throat hurts very bad but there are no white spots, I am positive it isnt strep and I dont feel sick. Does anyone have any idea what this could be. and any ideas how to cure it?? Knee & shin pain?

Had arthoscopic knee surgery 10 weeks ago. Currently have pain in the back of my knee and down my shin. Wakes me up in the middle of the night. Doctor says I have severe arthritis on the outer side of my knee but the inner side is okay. I am on pain meds for chronic pain due to MS. Take Opana ER 20mg every 12 hrs and Opana 5 mg twice a day for breakthrough pain. For the arthritis I take Naprelan 375mg (2) at bedtime. Very stiff when I get up. Knee locks up. Can't walk normal because of the pain. Very slow too. The surgery was to take care of torn menicus. Thought I should be better by now. Actually I feel worse. Suggest x-rays or MRI? Anyone experience this kind of pain? Any thoughts of what it could be?

Don't really listen to the radio that much nowadays, I still do once in a while though, mostly at work. I used to listen to the radio a ton though till around 2006. Why do atheists hate the scientific method?

As a man of science, I wonder why atheists refuse to use the scientific method to prove evolution. The scientific method requires scientists to gather observable, empiracle, and measurable scientific evidence, then test, retest, and test over and over again to make sure they have the correct results. Did I miss the breakthrough where scientists observed evolution occuring? Did I miss the breakthrough where scientists conducted evolution experiments to gain empiricle data? All I hear scientists say is that evolution can take thousands or millions of years, so no experiments can be done to truly verify this theory, so we will just have to take their word for it. If I told everyone cars could fly, showed them statistical "facts" to prove it is possible, then showed them the Jetsons cartoons to convince them that it could occur, but never actually created a flying car, would people believe me that cars could fly? They'd call me an idiot, but that is how the theory of evolution formed.

44 yr old woman dating a 28 yr old man?

Why do so many find this a problem? I try to find and date men around my age, but seem to attract men in their late twenties. Which consequently is my oldest daughters age. PLEASE HELP! - What should I REALLY do for the best?

I'm a 28 year old Male, very unfit, I suffer daily panic attacks, severe hypervigilance / hyperarousal to the point where I cannot go to any shops / supermarkets or talk to people on a day-to-day basis. I eat ONLY Carbohydrates (two loaves of Bread a day, rice, pasta, mashed potato), because I have Emetophobia (A fear of Vomiting.) I have also started sleeping in my clothes. I don't want to look after myself at all - but underneath it all it actually doesn't feel like Clinical Depression. (There is no low mood anymore - just hyperexcitability and HIGH Agitation.) I just cannot rest / relax AT ALL! I talk very fast. It's definitely more of a Stress / Anxiety response that I'm getting. Underneath my arms is always completely saturated 24 hours a day! the ambualce has been out twice due to severe chest pains that spread to my arms and jaw. My blood tests have all come back as normal. My Doctor has prescribed me Trazodone (Molipaxin), and he wants me to gradually increase the dosage from a very low dose to an optimum dose, but I'm worried about the side effects (..specifically Nausea, Vomiting and Diarrhea.) so haven't started taking it yet. I want to know if it's safe, and whether the benefits are better than the long-term risks. I know how it works through Wiki and other medication sites but, I'm still unsure as to whether I want to start it or not. What other options do I have to be able to at least 'RELAX'. It really has gone past the Nervous Exhaustion / Mental Breakdown stage. This feels to me like full-on Adrenal Burnout!, (if the condition actually exists.) I've done all the crying and rage etc. I know it's not Psychosis or Schizophrenia etc because I still have an insight into it all, and know consciously that it is all irrational. Please help - any input onto some kind of daily plan for me would greatly help. :)

Just to make sure your head gaskits are not blown I would suggest you pull the oil dipstick out and check to see if there are buddles in it. If so you got a gaskit problem. The reason there is white-Grey smoke coming out is if the head gaskits are not blown there is always water in your engine and its is not evaporating in you converter. Last for your idle problem it can be 3 things. One it could be the idle control. 2. it could be your Map Sensor. or last 3. it could be your thoddle body sensor.

Remove tight screw in expensive robot?

I'm trying to remove a couple screws in my two AIBOs (SONY AIBO ERS-311 and SONY AIBO ERS-312). I got one out of the 312, but the other is TIGHT and if I wrestle with it much more I'll strip the head beyond use and the skin on my hands will be completely torn (I'm already hurting). The 311's screws are just as tight as the remaining screw on the 312. I don't know how I managed to get the one screw out of the 312, it was pretty bad, too. I had my boyfriend try and he can't even get the screws out. The screws are on the robots' heads and the heads are made out of plastic. I don't know what to do without scratching/cracking the plastic and without damaging any electrical components inside (don't want to use any lubricant, don't own any anyway that's meant for screws). Suggestions?

You ate sort of healthy. You have a lot of veggies, which is always good. Try to incorporate more whole grains instead of starchy white ones. It seems like you ate a good amount, but not too much. Only you can really judge how much is too much. I guess you had maybe around 2000 calories, maybe more, which might be good or might be bad depending on your BMI (height, weight, age..). You seem like you are off to a good start, just make sure to have whole grains in your diet and lots of protein and you will be fine! Good luck!

We used to dabble a bit in ouija and also with table tipping. One night we were doing table tipping and conjured the spirit of my step dad's grandmother, who, she said, was on the couch with my dog. When she told of being on that couch, the dog looked a little freaked out and nervous... we continued to ask questions and a minute or so later we heard the most piercing scream--- sounded like that of a woman. I just started a new pair of 2 week contacts today. When I take contacts out, I take 1 out, pour in solution, take the other out, solution and then cap both. However today when I was taking out my 2nd contact, it slipped off of my finger and fell right into the contact case (where my first contact was already place and submerged in solution). Now I cant figure out which contact is which. My prescriptions aren't that far apart (-2.25 and -1.50), so when I place them both on, I cant really notice a difference in vision. Turbocharging a engine will decrease fuel economy. Depending on how much horsepower you desire to tune the engine to. The Scion TC is a very sporty coupe, and there's always a fuel economy difference with automatic and manual transmission cars. Manual transmission usually get better fuel economy because its lighter and has less parts than that of an automatic transmission. I would say go for it, if you're getting the recently redesigned TC which already has a factory output of 180hp, I would say if you stay below 200hp you won't hurt your fuel economy too much. I really hope you don't give up on stick shift. I've done the same and regret it now.

My baby is on formula milk. I was feeding him s26 but recently changed to heinz nurture because the nurse told me s26 can make them constipated. Zen Vision M is not connecting to computer, tried other cords, other PCs, still nothing?

I have owned this Zen Vision M for 18 months and have been able to use it perfectly on the computer up until recently. Now when I try to connect to the computer through the USB port on the dongle it does not recognize it on the computer, not even for a charge. I checked Device Manager, nothing is showing up when the cord is plugged into the Zen. I know the port and cord works because I plug my Blackberry into it and the Plug and Play feature works for that. The dongle works when charging with the Creative DC adapter that I bought separately. I've spent hours searching forums and it seems no one can pinpoint the problem. Ive tried 3 different computers, Ive tried other cords, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Software. 13 years ago I came home and my dad said he had to talk to me... I sat on his lap and he explained that he was moving out and he and my mother were getting a divorce. I just didn't understand and it wasn't explained very well. My family life seemed average and perfect, but it all fell apart this day. After the divorce, my parents hated each other...my mother fell into a pattern with abusive men and I just felt all alone and sad. So I posted a question previously asking for an animal idea. My character needed an animal to ride. The terrain would be tough, as she and her comrade were attempting to avoid main roads. I didn't think a horse would be a good idea. And, as the theme of the book is the regeneration of dragons, a dragon as a steed was obviously out. I also didn't want anything with wings. But there was a person who accused my character of being a "Mary Sue" type because I didn't want to use a horse...I think I've finally settled on an elk. So I was just wondering, would that make her, "Mary Sue"ish?

Diesel Fuel in gas motors?

back in the early 70's before we had catylitic converters we use to run diesel through carbs and even add it to our gas tanks for top end lubrication as it helped to keep carbon from valves, pistons etc. then with catylitic converters we were told the additives would mess up our converters so most of us quit. Now that we have bio diesel is it safe to add some diesel to our cars to keep the motors clean and to provide the extra power?

well i just recently swaped a integra motor into a 91 civic dx witch its dual port so i had to do some wiring to make work with 4 injectors..wiring seems to be good.....the motor cranks but it doesnt start...i took out the fuel line and open the ignition and fuel wasnt getting into the fuel rail ..so i tought it was the fuel pump..so i bought a walbro 255 ..i just installed it and nothing..still not sending fuel...i changed my main fuel relay and nothing plz guys if u could help me i have invested alot of time and money and i dont want to give up...plz give me an answer thank you

Gluing or using mortar for laying granite tiles on countertop?

I am in the process of using granite tiles for a counter top. I am using 2 layers of 3/4 " plywood under the granite but was wondering if I should be using a glue under the granite instead of the thin set mortar. Is there a special glue to use or can I just use the carpenter glue on top of plywood. I was thinking that if I used mortar it may dry out over time if warm items are placed on countertop.
