I was doing about 205 lbs. on the sitting military press (barbell) and i did about 3 sets, 8 reps each and on my last set and about 6th rep i heard a popping sound in my shoulder. it is very difficult to pinpoint to where the pain is however, whenever i move my neck it hurts( in any direction) what do you think i did, and what should i do to help it heal. ps. i did ice it for atleast an hour, 15 min intervals.
