Is this my period startin to show?

Okay im 2 weeks and 3 days late for my period i took a test 2 days after my missed period an it said neg,so i left it at that well i still didnt ever get my period just beein havin some little cramps with alot of CM is clear or white at times watery an kinna looks like snot? Its weird an hard to explain,its gettin hard to reach my cervix so its gettin harder to check. Well anyways for the last id say 4 days off an on ive had this really light brown spotting an it is literally the color of weak tea an its never alot ill see it one time when i go to wipe then the next time i go to the restroom its not there anymore? Could it be my period? If it was my period fixin to start would i still be havin all this CM im havin??
