What should I do about my father?

Why not get your brother to help out around the house? do additional chores of his own volition, or help out in the community? It would be hard for your father to be so angry with him if he sees that he is making a conscious effort to atone for his past. Especially if the things he is doing are beneficial to your father somehow.
