What do you think about this quote by George W. Bush?

I hate to say it but Gadaffi was an ally in the war against terror. I heard that from many people not just Bush. A lot of the Middle East dictators that want no part of Al Qaida was working with the U.S. to break up terror cells. Same with Mubarik in Egypt. These dictators don't want these terrorists working in their nations either, so they help us out.
