Revenge Tatics against evil neighbour?

I would do the exact same things to them, you know, without leaving evidence! ^_^ But if you want to take a more, how should I say, softer approach, I would go talk to them and ask, correction, TELL them to stop! If they are immature enough to do that to you, well that just shoes how stupid they are! Don't worry though, as they say, what goes around comes around!!!
