Need help figureing out movie tittle?

This movie is not Raise your voice with hillary duff but it is similar. It is about a country girl who loves to sing and her brother films her with out her knowing and sends her application into one of the most strategic art schools. She has to learn how to sing opera in order to p her cles, but all she wants to sing is her style of music. She jumps through a lot of hoops in order to win the show case at the end of the school year.
