Guys please help how do i use my calculator (CASIO cfx-9850G) to get arc tan 15/10 = -56,51?

The problem may be that you used the SUBTRACT key to enter –1.5 instead of the (-) key. That would produce the Syntax error. The (-) key is how you put a minus sign in front of a number on that calculator.
