Does the guy i like, like me back or should i just move on? ugh drama?

mk so i dint like this guy before... he used to stare at me a lot and i thot he was kinda creepy then i bumped into him one day (literally) and my friend sed he had a huge smile on his face wen i sed sry. then i started noticing him more an i realized he had a one of a kind personality an found myself falling hard for him. i talked to him sorta more lik small talk buh i nvr introduced myself or had a long convo with him. before he used to do stuff that made me think he liked me almost every day buh now it has been getting less and less. i think it mite be me because i hav been tryin to get over him because i dont talk to him buh i am reely afraid that he is just not that interested in me anymore. should i still try to talk to him or should i just find a new guy?
