What are Yahoo's criteria for determining if a race-related question violates its community guidelines?

Obviously, questions that contain insults are forbidden. However, some race questions (e.g., innocent ones about interracial dating) get deleted even if they contain neither blatant insults not pive-agressive insults. What's the deal with this? Does anyone know or have any educated guesses?
