I have two job offers (took me Forever just to get the first one!) but i don't know which one to go for?

the first one is mc donalds and the second is a fundraising 1 (which i think might pay a bit more) the thing is i don't want to work for the fundraising one for a while and then they sack me before they pay me for the first month, i've heard they have a habit of doing that. Sooo basically, does anybody think they would sack me without paying me or should i just go for mc donalds where they wont?
