What is an easy, quick and effective way to lose weight and gain height?
i'm only a 13 year old girl, but i'm already 110 lbs. some of the girls in my cl are a bit bigger, but i'm worried about my own weight. i'm really not into sports- i only like badminton, swimming (i don't know how to swim very well, and i'm really slow at front crawl), tennis and a few others. i'm really good at skating and absolutely love it, though! i kind of like hockey but i'm constantly afraid that when i mess up or miss, everyone will laugh and judge me. to make things worse, i'm only 4'11! i'm one of the shortest people in my cl and it gets really embarring. i have a swimming pool- will that help? please answer soon!
