Pressure of lake on an outlet pipe?

Take the height of the water from the center of the pipe in feet x .433 / square area of the pipe. A column of water 1 foot high =.433 lbs per sq inch, therfore if your pipe is 2 feet deep and has a cross section of 4 sq inches, the pressure would be .214 psi.
