Fighting with daughter over the family car....?

my daughter insists on using the family car. i need it to run my mother...HER GRANDMOTHER to bingo and such. my daughter should have some respect for her grandmother! we live near a bus route, there is no reason my kid can't take the bus to college and work. she is mad at me because i had a small wreck and was charged with DUI. i didn't blow and i wasn't drunk. my mother started having issues and i had to swerve the car to avoid hitting a pedestrian. if the car was in my name, i'd take it away from my kid. she's acting all high and mighty...thinking she's too good for her family. how can i cope with her attitude ? i really need the car. i took care of her for years when she was little, now it's my turn!
