You ate sort of healthy. You have a lot of veggies, which is always good. Try to incorporate more whole grains instead of starchy white ones. It seems like you ate a good amount, but not too much. Only you can really judge how much is too much. I guess you had maybe around 2000 calories, maybe more, which might be good or might be bad depending on your BMI (height, weight, age..). You seem like you are off to a good start, just make sure to have whole grains in your diet and lots of protein and you will be fine! Good luck!
