Has anybody worked for West Telemarketing in Reno, NV? If so, how was it?

I have heard a lot of pros and cons working for West Telemarketing. I am really not happy where I am at now (which is another call center) and I see that they are hiring. Does anyone have any information as to how it really is working there?
